       (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 194
    4  and insert:
    5  a fine of up to $10,000 may fine shall be imposed.

    8  And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete line 32
   10  and insert:
   11  theft offenses; authorizing the imposition of a fine up to a
   12  certain amount, rather than requiring a specified amount, for
   13  the theft of certain animals; amending s. 812.015, F.S.;
   14  revising
