       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bracy) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (703932) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 5 - 17
    4  and insert:
    5         5. Payment of all:
    6         a. Restitution ordered by the court as a condition of the
    7  sentence;
    8         b. Fees ordered by the court as part of the sentence or
    9  that are ordered as a condition of probation, community control,
   10  or parole; and
   11         c. Fines ordered by the court as part of the sentence, or
   12  which are ordered as a part of probation, community control, or
   13  parole.
   14  
   15  A financial obligation required to be paid in accordance with
   16  subparagraph 5. is deemed complete if such obligation is a part
   17  of an established payment plan or has been converted to a civil
   18  lien.
