       Senator Bracy moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (458014) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 289 - 305
    4  and insert:
    5         5.a. Payment of restitution ordered to a victim by the
    6  court as a part of the sentence. A victim includes, but is not
    7  limited to, a person or persons, the estate or estates thereof,
    8  an entity, the state, or the Federal Government.
    9         b. Payment of fines or fees ordered as a part of the
   10  sentence or that are ordered by the court as a condition of any
   11  form of supervision, including, but not limited to, probation,
   12  community control, or parole.
   13         c. The financial obligations required under sub
   14  subparagraph a. or sub-subparagraph b. include only the amount
   15  specifically ordered by the court as part of the sentence and do
   16  not include any fines, fees, or costs that accrue after the date
   17  the obligation is ordered as a part of the sentence.
   18         d. Financial obligations required under sub-subparagraph a.
   19  or sub-subparagraph b. are considered completed in the following
   20  manner or in any combination thereof:
   21         (I) Establishment of a payment plan toward the financial
   22  obligation or the payment of the obligation in full.
