       The Committee on Infrastructure and Security (Lee) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (970424) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 111 - 120
    5  and insert:
    6  issued an annual license plate and a cab card denoting that
    7  denote the declared gross vehicle weight for each apportioned
    8  jurisdiction in which the vehicle is authorized to operate. This
    9  subparagraph shall expire on January 1, 2023.
   10         3. Upon implementation of a new operating system for
   11  apportioned vehicle registration, a vehicle registered in
   12  accordance with the International Registration Plan must be
   13  issued a license plate for a 5-year period, an annual cab card
   14  denoting the declared gross vehicle weight for each apportioned
   15  jurisdiction, and an annual validation sticker showing the

   20  and insert:
