       Senator Baxley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (155860) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 95 and 96
    5  insert:
    6         Section 3. Subsection (19) is added to section 163.01,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         163.01 Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969.—
    9         (19) A corporate entity established by statute for the
   10  purposes of conducting medical research and patient care may
   11  enter into interlocal agreements pursuant to this section with
   12  special districts, municipalities, and counties.
