    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (387652) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 430 and 431
    5  insert:
    6         Section 10. Subsection (4) is added to section 171.042,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         171.042 Prerequisites to annexation.—
    9         (4) Except as otherwise provided in s. 171.205, a
   10  municipality may not annex an area within another municipal
   11  jurisdiction without the other municipality’s consent.
