       Senator Mayfield moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (786740) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 37 and 38
    5  insert:
    6         Section 2. A municipality or county may continue to enforce
    7  or extend an ordinance, regulation, resolution, rule,
    8  moratorium, or policy adopted before February 1, 2019, relating
    9  to the land application of Class B biosolids until the
   10  ordinance, regulation, resolution, rule, moratorium, or policy
   11  is repealed by the municipality or county or until the effective
   12  date of the rules adopted by the Department of Environmental
   13  Protection, whichever occurs first.

   18  insert:
   19         specifying that municipalities and counties may
   20         continue to enforce or extend certain ordinances,
