       The Committee on Judiciary (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 41 - 43
    4  and insert:
    5  This subsection applies so long as the insurance coverage
    6  meeting such requirements is in effect. The insurance coverage
    7  meeting such requirements may be obtained by the lessor or
    8  lessee and may be provided by a lessor’s blanket policy.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 9 - 11
   13  and insert:
   14         providing applicability; providing that such insurance
   15         coverage may be obtained by the lessor or lessee and
   16         may be provided by a lessor’s blanket policy;
   17         providing an effective date.
