       The Committee on Appropriations (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 305
    4  and insert:
    5  passenger transportation services. This subsection does not
    6  prohibit an airport or a seaport from charging reasonable fees
    7  consistent with any fees charged to companies that provide
    8  similar services at that airport or seaport for their use of the
    9  airport’s or seaport’s facilities nor does it prohibit the
   10  airport or seaport from designating locations for staging,
   11  pickup, or other similar operations at the airport or seaport.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 46
   16  and insert:
   17         vehicle; providing construction; amending s. 319.145,
   18         F.S.; revising
