       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  clothing-optional or naturalist beach; or
    6         (c) An inmate incarcerated at a state correctional
    7  institution or local detention facility does not under any
    8  circumstance violate this section.
    9         Section 2. The Division of State Parks of the Department of
   10  Environmental Protection shall designate and set apart not less
   11  than 0.5 miles of beach access at one or more state parks in
   12  every district of the state for use as a clothing-optional or
   13  naturalist beach. By October 1, 2020, the division shall amend
   14  rule 62D-2.014(7)(b), Florida Administrative Code, to comply
   15  with this act.

   19         Delete line 5
   20  and insert:
   21         providing exceptions to the unlawful exposure of
   22         sexual organs; requiring the Division of State Parks
   23         of the Department of Environmental Protection to
   24         designate and set apart beach access for use as a
   25         clothing-optional or naturalist beach; requiring the
   26         division to amend a certain rule by a specified date;
   27         amending s. 901.15, F.S.;
