    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Sergeant Tracy Vickers Memorial Expressway
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of S.R. 408/Spessard L. Holland East-West
   14  Expressway between S. Crystal Lake Dr. and S. Semoran Blvd. in
   15  Orange County is designated as the “Sergeant Tracy Vickers
   16  Memorial Expressway.”
   17         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   18  suitable markers designating the Sergeant Tracy Vickers Memorial
   19  Expressway as described in subsection (1).
   20         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
