       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 150 - 169
    4  and insert:
    5         (11) Impact fee credits are assignable and transferable at
    6  any time after establishment from one development or parcel to
    7  any other within the same impact fee zone or district or in an
    8  adjoining zone or district which receives benefits from the
    9  improvement or contribution that generated the credits.
