       The Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs and Space
       (Wright) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  Resolution 1076, 2020 Regular Session, or a similar joint
    6  resolution having substantially the same specific intent and
    7  purpose.
    8         Section 2. Publication of notice shall be in accordance
    9  with Section 5, Article XI of the State Constitution. The
   10  special election shall be held in the same manner in which other
   11  special elections are held.
   12         Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law,
   13  if enacted by a vote of at least three-fourths of the membership
   14  of each house of the Legislature and if Senate Joint Resolution
   15  1076, 2020 Regular Session, or a similar joint resolution having
