       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Braynon)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 19 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5  with the Florida Children’s Initiative sites independently in
    6  the amount of $500,000 per year per designated Florida
    7  Children’s Initiative site. Such funds must be used to support
    8  each site’s respective efforts to implement a community-based
    9  service network to develop, coordinate, and provide quality
   10  education, accessible health care, youth development programs,
   11  opportunities for employment, and safe and affordable housing
   12  for children and families living within each site’s respective
   13  boundaries. This paragraph expires July 1, 2030, unless
   14  reenacted by another law enacted by the Legislature before that
   15  date a not-for-profit corporation, to work in
