       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 70
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Each member of the governing body of a large-hub
    6  commercial service airport, except for members required to
    7  comply with the financial disclosure requirements of s. 8, Art.
    8  II of the State Constitution, shall comply with the financial
    9  disclosure requirements of s. 112.3145(3). For purposes of this
   10  paragraph,
