       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services
       (Harrell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 139 and 140
    4  insert:
    5         Section 5. For the 2020-2021 fiscal year, one full-time
    6  equivalent position with associated salary rate of 46,560 is
    7  authorized and the sums of $75,306 in recurring funds and
    8  $87,171 in nonrecurring funds from the Health Care Trust Fund
    9  are appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration
   10  for the purpose of implementing the requirements of this act.
