       Senator Harrell moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 85 - 98
    4  and insert:
    5  transplants per year.
    6         3. For adult kidney transplants, performance of at least 15
    7  such transplants per year.
    8         4. For pediatric kidney transplants, performance of at
    9  least 5 such transplants per year averaged over a 3-year period.
   10         5. For allogeneic and autologous bone marrow transplants,
   11  performance of at least 10 transplants per year of each such
   12  transplant it offers.
   13         6. For lung transplants, performance of at least 10 such
   14  transplants per year.
