       The Committee on Health Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (705054) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 288
    4  and insert:
    5  donations. The rules must include the requirement that each
    6  hospital designate at least one employee or representative of
    7  the hospital who is educated on the protocols of the hospital
    8  and federal and state regulations regarding organ donation, to
    9  provide a clear explanation of such subjects to any patient, or
   10  a patient′s representative, who is considering posthumous or
   11  living organ donation. The rules may also include, but need not
   12  be limited to,
