    2         An act relating to wage and employment benefits
    3         requirements; repealing s. 218.077, F.S., relating to
    4         restrictions on the establishment of minimum wage and
    5         employment benefits requirements by political
    6         subdivisions; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 218.077, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
