       Appropriations Subcommittee on Education (Perry) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 46 - 52
    4  and insert:
    5  each specified elementary school within the district provides a
    6  comprehensive music education program that meets the
    7  requirements of subsection (2). If a selected school district
    8  fails to provide the annual certification for a fiscal year, the
    9  school district must return all funds received through the pilot
   10  program for that fiscal year.
   11         (4) The University of Florida’s College of Education, in
   12  collaboration with Florida International University’s School of
   13  Music, shall

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Between lines 5 and 6
   18  insert:
   19         conforming a provision to changes made by the act;
   20         requiring the University of Florida’s College of
   21         Education to collaborate with Florida International
   22         University for evaluation of the pilot program;
