       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (838709) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 6 - 9
    5  and insert:
    6         (a) Investigate all asbestos trusts to determine which
    7  claims the plaintiff could file that are reasonably expected to
    8  be approved for compensation from the trust.
    9         (b) File all asbestos trust claims that would be cost
   10  effective to file and for which the plaintiff would reasonably
   11  expect to be approved for compensation.
