    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 52 and 53
    4  insert:
    5         (d) The first responder admits during such peer-to-peer
    6  support to committing a criminal act. There is no liability on
    7  the part of, and no cause of action of any nature may arise
    8  against, the person for disclosing information under this
    9  paragraph.
