       The Committee on Education (Stargel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    4  and insert:
    5         (4) This section does not apply to clinical laboratory
    6  services, unless the services are delivered through a direct
    7  encounter with the minor at the clinical laboratory facility.
    8  For purposes of this subsection, the terms “clinical laboratory”
    9  and “clinical laboratory services” have the same meanings as
   10  provided in s. 483.803.
