       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 147 - 149
    4  and insert:
    5  authority;
    6         (d) Prohibit a court of competent jurisdiction from issuing
    7  an order that is otherwise permitted by law; or
    8         (e) Limit the constitutional privacy rights of students and
    9  parents, including those rights pursuant to s. 1002.22(2), under
   10  the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C.
   11  s. 1232g, and its implementing regulations.
