    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (440834)

    3         Delete lines 307 - 314
    4  and insert:
    5         (c)1. If the financial impact statement projects a net
    6  positive impact on the state budget resulting in whole or in
    7  part from additional tax revenue, the following statement in
    8  bold print:

   10         THIS PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT IS ESTIMATED TO
   11         HAVE A NET POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE STATE BUDGET. THIS
   12         IMPACT MAY RESULT IN GENERATING ADDITIONAL REVENUE OR
   13         AN INCREASE IN GOVERNMENT SERVICES.

   15         2. If the financial impact statement projects a net
   16  positive impact on the state budget for reasons other than those
   17  specified in subparagraph 1., the following statement in bold
   18  print:
