       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Pizzo) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 25
    4  and insert:
    5         (6)(a) Any portion of a meeting of the Urban Core Gun
    6  Violence Task Force at which exempt or confidential and exempt
    7  information is discussed is exempt from s. 286.011 and s. 24(b),
    8  Art. I of the State Constitution. This subsection is subject to
    9  the Open Government Sunset Review Act in accordance with s.
   10  119.15 and shall stand repealed on October 2, 2025, unless
   11  reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the
   12  Legislature.
   13         (6)(b)No portion of an exempt meeting under paragraph (a)
   14  may be off the record. All exempt portions of such meeting shall
   15  be recorded and transcribed. Such recordings and transcripts are
   16  confidential and exempt from disclosure under s. 119.07(1) and
   17  s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution unless a court of
   18  competent jurisdiction, after an in-cameral review, determines
   19  that the meeting was not restricted to the discussion of exempt
   20  or confidential and exempt information as obtained by the Urban
   21  Core Gun Violence Task Force.

   25         Delete line 7
   26  and insert:
   27         requiring the recording and transcription of exempt
   28         portions of such meetings; providing an exemption from
   29         public records requirements for such recordings and
   30         transcripts; providing an exception;
