On Page: 228             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Fort Myers Midtown Urban Infill 
Spec App: 1635A          Development Water Quality Planning Initiative(Senate 
                         Form 1687). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Contracted Services within the Department of 
                         Management Services.
