On Page: 395             Adds language to Section 8 (2) that authorizes the 
                         Justice Administration Commission to provide 
Spec App:                attorneys employed by the Guardian ad Litem Office 
                         enhanced health insurance and annual leave benefits.

(d) Guardian Ad Litem Attorneys
Effective July 1, 2020, the Justice Administration Commission may 
provide attorneys employed by the Guardian ad Litem Office with enhanced 
health insurance benefits and annual leave benefits.
