On Page: 383             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         General Revenue Fund for the Crystal River Riverwalk 
Spec App: 3180           Phase II (Senate Form 1909). Reduces $250,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund 
                         from the Department of State 2020-2021 Cultural and 
                         Museum Grants General Program Support ranked list.
