On Page: 071             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease 
Spec App:  301           Research for the Expansion of Statewide Telemedicine 
                         and Telehealth Services for Individuals with Sickle 
                         Cell Disease (Senate Form 1198). Reduces funding by 
                         the same amount from the fixed capital outlay 
                         category within the Department of Children and 
                         Families.
