       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 21
    4  and insert:
    5  the driver license of the person for up to 1 year not less than
    6  90 days and not more than 6 months.
