       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Rader)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 20
    4  and insert:
    5  name and the adoptee is 18 years of age or older; if the adoptee
    6  is younger than 18 years of age, the adoptive parent must also
    7  provide written consent to disclose the birth parent’s name;
