    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. A.B. Michael Bridges designated; Department of
   11  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   12         (1) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, bridge numbers
   13  880052, 880051, 880050, and 880053 between Wabasso and Wabasso
   14  Beach in Indian River County are designated as the “A.B. Michael
   15  Bridges.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating the A.B. Michael Bridges as
   18  described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
