       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 119
    4  and insert:
    5         (19) “Neglect” has the same meaning as in s. 415.102. For
    6  purposes other than reporting requirements within this part,
    7  “neglect” may also include the failure to prevent sexual abuse
    8  as defined in s. 415.102.
