       Senator Cruz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 87
    4  and insert:
    5  she is the lawful parent or legal guardian of the minor. For
    6  purposes of this section, a parent or legal guardian may use a
    7  passport or other form of identification issued by a foreign
    8  government as proof of identification. The

   12         Delete line 13
   13  and insert:
   14         and a specified document to the physician; authorizing
   15         a parent or legal guardian to use certain forms of
   16         identification issued by a foreign government as proof
   17         of identification; providing
