       The Committee on Health Policy (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 235 and 236
    4  insert:
    5         (7)ONLINE PORTAL.—The Office of the State Courts
    6  Administrator shall develop a hotline and an online portal on
    7  its website to facilitate the dissemination of information
    8  related to the requirements of this section and the submission
    9  of petitions and other required information under this section.
   10  The online portal must include all of the following:
   11         (a)A webpage that is available in English, Spanish,
   12  Creole, and Portuguese which provides detailed information on
   13  the judicial waiver process established under this section.
   14         (b)A simplified petition form that is easily accessible,
   15  written in plain language, and available in English, Spanish,
   16  Creole, and Portuguese.
   17         (c)The hotline telephone number that individuals may call
   18  to speak to a live person regarding questions they have about
   19  the judicial waiver process established under this section.
