       Senator Perry moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5         (11) A county may not adopt, after January 1, 2020, any
    6  comprehensive plan, land development regulation, or other form
    7  of restriction that serves as a limitation on a municipality
    8  from establishing land use and zoning on lands located within a
    9  municipality unless the municipality, through its own
   10  ordinances, adopts and imposes the provision, goal, objective,
   11  or policy on lands located within the municipal jurisdiction. A
   12  county may not limit a municipality from deciding the land
   13

   16         Delete lines 3 - 14
   17  and insert:
   18         163.3167, F.S.; prohibiting counties from adopting,
   19         after a specified date, a comprehensive plan, a land
   20         development regulation, or another form of restriction
   21         unless certain conditions are met; providing
   22         retroactive applicability; prohibiting counties from
   23         limiting a municipality from deciding land uses,
   24         density, and intensity allowed on certain lands;
