       The Committee on Rules (Harrell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (668434) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 15 - 17
    4  and insert:
    5  “anesthesiologist” is prohibited unless the practitioner is
    6  licensed as a physician under chapter 458 or chapter 459 or as a
    7  dentist under chapter 466, and use of the term “dermatologist”
    8  is prohibited unless the practitioner is licensed as a physician
    9  under chapter 458 or chapter 459.
