       The Committee on Health Policy (Cruz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 37 and 38
    4  insert:
    5         (qq) With respect to a health care practitioner licensed by
    6  the department, using the name or title “anesthetist,” unless he
    7  or she is an advanced practice registered nurse licensed in this
    8  state to practice professional nursing and certified as a
    9  certified registered nurse anesthetist under part I of chapter
   10  464 or is an anesthesiologist as defined in s. 458.3475 or s.

   16  and insert:
