    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 134 and 135
    4  insert:
    5         (c) An employer may not subsequently verify the employment
    6  eligibility of any current employee after having completed the
    7  initial verification process of the employee in accordance with
    8  paragraph (a).
