       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 70 - 74
    4  and insert:
    5         2. The prior expunction was granted for a criminal history
    6  record for an offense that was committed when he or she was a
    7  minor and the record is otherwise eligible for expunction. This
    8  subparagraph does not apply when the prior expunction was for an
    9  offense in which the minor was charged as an adult. The
   10  requirement for the record to have previously been sealed for a
   11  minimum of 10 years under paragraph (h) does not apply to this
   12  subparagraph.

   15  And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 4 - 7
   17  and insert:
   18         expanding an exception to an eligibility requirement
   19         for expunction of a criminal history record to allow a
   20         prior expunction of a criminal history record granted
   21         for offenses committed when the person was a minor;
   22         providing applicability;
