       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Wright) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 76
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Unless a person is acting under the authority of rule
    6  68A-4.009 F.A.C., a person who takes a bear or possesses a
    7  freshly killed
    8

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 8
   12  and insert:
   13         an exception; providing penalties; providing an
   14         effective date.
