       The Committee on Appropriations (Book) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 757 and 758
    4  insert:
    5         Section 24. For the 2020-2021 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $418,036 in recurring funds and $8,896 in nonrecurring funds are
    7  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
    8  Children and Families, and two full-time equivalent positions
    9  with associated salary rate of 90,384 are authorized, for the
   10  purpose of implementing the requirements of this act.

   15  and insert:
