       Senator Gruters moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (271678) (with
    2  title amendment)

    4         Between lines 1782 and 1783
    5  insert:
    6         Section 37. The Office of Program Policy Analysis and
    7  Government Accountability (OPPAGA), in consultation with the
    8  Department of Revenue, shall conduct a study and prepare a
    9  report of the fiscal impact of the repeal, pursuant to s.
   10  220.1105(5), of the downward adjustments to corporate income tax
   11  rates under s. 220.1105 on adversely affected taxpayers. By
   12  January 1, 2021, OPPAGA shall submit the report to the Governor,
   13  the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of
   14  Representatives.

   17  And the title is amended as follows:
   18         Delete line 1981
   19  and insert:
   20         providing an appropriation; requiring the Office of
   21         Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability,
   22         in consultation with the department, to conduct a
   23         study and prepare a certain report relating to the
   24         scheduled repeal of certain downward adjustments to
   25         corporate income tax rates; requiring OPPAGA to submit
   26         the report to the Governor and the Legislature by a
   27         certain date; authorizing the department
