    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (882296) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 3098 - 3106
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The department may not designate as an eligible
    6  charitable organization an organization that has received more
    7  than 50 percent of its total annual revenue from the department
    8  or the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, either directly or
    9  via a contractor of the department or the agency, in the prior
   10  fiscal year.
