       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (939348) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 68 and 69
    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. Subsection (7) is added to section 373.223,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         373.223 Conditions for a permit.—
    9         (7) A consumptive use permit to use water derived from a
   10  spring for bottled water as defined in s. 500.03 may only be
   11  approved by unanimous vote by the governing board finding that
   12  the applicant meets the criteria in subsection (1). This
   13  subsection shall expire on June 30, 2022.
