       The Committee on Appropriations (Stargel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 929 - 931
    4  and insert:
    5  teaching faculty or medical school faculty or staff. The Board
    6  of Governors shall define in regulation the university faculty
    7  and administrative personnel classifications.
