       The Committee on Judiciary (Passidomo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 49
    4  and insert:
    5  to resuscitate executed under s. 401.45(3). The court must make
    6  such a determination within 72 hours after the filing of a
    7  verified petition stating:
    8         1. The petitioner’s interest in the proceeding;
    9         2. The specific authority requested; and
   10         3. The facts constituting the basis for the relief sought
   11  and that the authority being requested is in the best interest
   12  of the ward.

   16         Delete line 7
   17  and insert:
   18         without court approval; requiring the court to make a
   19         determination within a specified timeframe after the
   20         filing of a certain petition; amending s. 744.334,
