       Senator Bracy moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 343 - 349
    4  and insert:
    5  by this section and ss. 339.67 and 339.68, including, but not
    6  limited to, the task force reports prepared pursuant to chapter
    7  2019-43, Laws of Florida.
    8         (6) Any existing applicable requirements relating to
    9  turnpike projects apply to projects undertaken by the Turnpike
   10  Enterprise pursuant to this section. The Turnpike Enterprise
   11  shall take into consideration the guidance and recommendations
   12  of any previous studies or reports relevant to the projects
   13  authorized by this section and ss. 339.67 and 339.68, including,
   14  but not limited to, the task force reports prepared pursuant to
   15  chapter 2019-43, Laws of Florida, and with respect to any
   16  extension of the Florida Turnpike from its northerly terminus in
   17  Wildwood.
