    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (649221) to Senate
    2  Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Between lines 69 and 70
    5  insert:
    6         (5) APPLICABILITY.—This section does not apply to students
    7  who participate, on or before July 1, 2021, in interscholastic,
    8  intercollegiate, intramural, or club athletic teams or sports
    9  that are sponsored by a public primary or secondary school, a
   10  public postsecondary institution, or any school or institution
   11  whose students or teams compete against a public school or
   12  public postsecondary institution.

   16         Delete line 86
   17  and insert:
